Prophecy was given so that a people would remain watchful. When the words of the prophets and the teachings of Yahushua are understood together, the times begin to come into focus.
Understanding the Kingdom
The hardest thing with prophecy, when it comes to Scripture, is actually understanding Scripture. What do you believe the Kingdom of Yahweh is?
When we look at earthly kingdoms, we often picture something like England, with a king or queen ruling, along with a governing body. When we look at the Kingdom of Heaven, we see Yahweh on the throne, with Yahushua at His right hand, and a council of elders.
Not What Was Expected

Luke 17:20–21 tells us:
“The P’rushim asked Yahushua when the Kingdom of Yahweh would come… because, you see, the Kingdom of Yahweh is among you.”
The Pharisees were known for strict adherence to Torah and tradition. What they did not understand was the difference between the physical and the spiritual. They were looking at the Kingdom through the lens of Moses’ time.
The Kingdom is not fully visible until the new heaven and new earth. Yet it can be established within us now. We are not waiting for it to begin, we are learning how to live in it while the world still resists it. This is nothing new, Abraham, Moses and others understood what it meant to have a relationship such as we are writing.
Subjection and Refinement
Hebrews 2:8 says:
“…at present, we don’t yet see everything subjected to him.”
To live in the Kingdom now is to bring our lives into subjection. This means examining everything through the Torah and removing even the smallest compromise.
This is where prophecy becomes practical. Endurance is not built in a moment, it is formed through daily submission.

Becoming Like Him
1 John 3:2 reminds us:
“…we are Yahweh’s children now… when He appears, we will be like Him…”
Many are watching for His coming, but fewer are becoming like Him. It is easy to reflect religion. It is harder to reflect the Scriptural Messiah.
Readiness is not just about events, it is about transformation.

The Mystery of Eternity
Ecclesiastes 3:11 says:
“…He has given human beings an awareness of eternity…”
There is something within us that longs for eternity, yet we do not fully understand it. Scripture speaks of rest and promise, but also leaves room for mystery.
We are living in process, not completion.
Call to Reflection
We are living in the tension. Many ask if we are in the end times, but the better question is: are we ready?
Will you live in the tension, or will you live prepared?
Will you meditate on the Torah and learn from it?
Examine your life. Test what you believe.
Does it stand as truth?
Is it rooted in Torah?
Are your actions aligned with what you claim to follow?

The focus will be right observation versus fearful obsession. Scripture teaches us not just to see the signs, but to interpret them correctly without fear or speculation.
